Notice:
1.Ferromagnetic impurities and hard impurities are not allowed in the media transported by IHF series sulphuric acid pumps. If there are ferromagnetic particles, magnetic filter is needed. Not suitable for transporting a large amount of crystallized medium after shutdown.
2.Not allowed to operate at less than 30 % of rated flow.
3.Conveying medium density greater than 1200kg / m 3 of the liquid, need to inform our sales department, motor power needs to be appropriately increased.
4.Mechanical seal maximum working pressure of 1Mpa, more than this pressure need to configure mechanical seal thrust ring.
5.To prevent electrostatic damage : when conveying low conductivity liquid, such as ultra pure water or organic solvents, etc., in the pump operation will produce static electricity, which will cause discharge and spark, should take lead to static electricity or other measures ( please consult our technical department ).
6.Mechanical seals have a theoretical service life of 2500 hours, which can be affected in harsh conditions
