Products Description

The pump body of the IHF series chemical feed pump adopts a metal shell lined with perfluoroethylene propylene ( F46 ). The pump cover, impeller and shaft sleeve are all sintered and pressed with metal inserts wrapped with fluoroplastics as a whole. The shaft seal adopts an external advanced bellows mechanical seal, the static ring adopts 99.9 % alumina ceramic ( or silicon nitride ), and the moving ring adopts tetrafluorofiller material, which has excellent corrosion and wear resistance sealing performance. The inlet and outlet of the pump are reinforced by cast steel to enhance the pressure resistance of the pump. Practical use shows that the pump has the advantages of corrosion resistance, wear resistance, high temperature resistance, non-aging, high mechanical strength, stable operation, advanced and reasonable structure, strict and reliable sealing performance, convenient disassembly and maintenance, long service life.

FAQ:

1.before driving the pump should be filled with conveying liquid ( such as in the case of suction ) close the outlet gate valve connected to the power supply ;

2. turn on the power supply, according to the direction of the indicator correctly check whether the pump steering is correct ;

3. the unit trial run 5 ~ 10 minutes, if there is no abnormal phenomenon can be put into operation ;

4.When shutdown, the outlet gate valve should be closed first, and then the power supply should be cut off.

5.When dismantling, first flush the pump body with water until the corrosive medium in the pump body is completely washed away ;

6.when replacing the pump parts, shall not use sharp objects, hard objects hit pump parts, application of softwood cloth package wood hit, remove the parts should be put lightly, the sealing surface up.
